Fully refundable if there are no damages or stolen items during your stay. (Airbnb guests exempt only) $200 Security Bond payment is held at time of booking. This is to hold your booking and a security that if there are any damages or stolen items during your stay.

For Airbnb guests, a security bond will not be charged at time of booking, but you are required to provide a valid credit card information if damage exceeds $200, we will charge your card for damages or stolen property.
